2009 Honda Accord-Good value, but missing a few things

Unfortunately, my first Honda will be my last. The right front brakes have squeaked since day one.The rear brakes have experienced premature wear and will soon need replacing.Driver side leather seat is very uncomfortable after 10-15 minutes of driving.Gas mileage is worse than advertised (I average 23 mpg).Honda America has no resolution to date for any of these problems.Additionally,my passenger side door was dinged a month ago and paint has already begun to chip. All in all,I deeply regret having bought this car and am continually disappointed with Honda America's problem-solving capabilities or lack thereof. The lumbar plates that are part of the 'active head restraints' are the primary culprit but even with them removed the seats are still awful.I'm seriously considering trading this in after 5 months and 4,000 miles.Beyond this,it's a fairly solid car. But the fuel economy is disappointing.I'm only averaging 22-23 MPG with about 70% highway driving. At any rate,no matter how good the rest of the car is,you can't wait to get out of it at the end of every trip longer then 15 minutes,so what good is it.It is a good looking car.I like where all the buttons are on the dash and the steering column. The leather is soft and the back seat is nice and roomy.Handles smoothly, good mpg, roomy, nice stereo system with XM,sub, etc. No pretense whatsoever.Hopefully it will be reliable.Add a trip computer in this configuration. Why do you have to get the Nav system to tell you your avg.mpg, instant mpg and miles left. My 11 year old Jeep had this.Add a shiftable/manual ability to auto tranny to go up and down.Fog lights and power passenger seat should be included.State accurate gas mileage, insulate better to reduce road noise and do something with the seating.I was told the seats mold to the driver after 5000 miles.NOT TRUE!Insulate the passenger cabin from all the road noise. Reduce the amount of buttons in the center console.
