I have owned my 2006 Chevy Equinox for over three years now. Although it was a car that my husband talked me into buying, one that I was not sure we could afford at the time, I have enjoyed it tremendously. It is roomy enough for a family. One of the best features about it, is that the back seat slides forward and backward which makes it very convenient for me to care for my toddler in the carseat behind me while I am driving. The hatch rear door is very accessible to put groceries in, along with many other large items as well. My only complaint about the car, as a woman of course, is the flimsy cup holders. I know that is a minimally important feature to most, but it is the feature I use the most. Although the cup holders seem to support almost every size cup, you feel like they are going to fall out of the holder at any moment. The price was a little high for it when I bought it new, but what car isn't
