I vividly recall when I purchase my BMW. My wife, Ellie and I were recently married, so we pooled the money we cashed in from wedding guests to buy what had been a dream car of ours for an elongated period of time : the BMW 7-series. Even before test riding our BMW (which currently sits in front of our house and sidewalk like a prize equestrian trophy), I knew it would be the "one." Sleek in design, it shone in its sky blue and grey body color. One would probably recognize a BMW 7-series instantaneously at first glance. Marketed in 1977, the 7-series has been BMW's flagship automobile and is currently one of its most popular manufactures, judging from the number of 7-series on the road today. Powerful and reliant, the 7-series seats on average four passengers (unless you are transporting small children illegally). After our first test drive, my wife and I fell in love. The BMW 7-series was a great fit for the two of us and I would promote it for any other couples, who do not need a mini-van quite yet. Also, if you only have one or two children, the BMW 7-series is a winner! Equipped with superior power-folding mirrors, I can easily spot any problem areas when driving and maintain a feeling of focus for myself and any passengers I may have. Also, the six-speed automatic transmissions quarantees fast, sturdy automobile riding. One thing, I was not immediatley impressed with were the leather seats, which can prove to be very uncomfortable, as it feels like you are seated on blocks of wood at certain points. However once you get over this fact and the seats have become accustomed to passengers, this is a very nominal problem. I remember one time while taking care of my nephew for a week, he was particularly antsy upon entering the BMW and buckling up. I knew just the antidote for his impish behavior. I immediatley ran into the house and uncovered a pillow for him to set on. His problem was immediatley solved, as fast as a Preparation-H pad. On a seperate occasion, we were taking our golden retriever to the vet after recently purchasing the BMW , and we had him in the back seat. He seemed to break the seats in well enough! (Note to future BMW 7-series owners) A minor pratfall of mine was that the North America marketed BMWs do not possess a short wheelbase 760i. But I easily got over that fact. Another pratfall is that the left and right blinkers sometimes do not work or have spasms on other occassions. You can easily get that fixed at a local autobody shop. Another bonus feature that is highly superior is an auxillary source for audio input. This makes listening to music on the radio or smooth jazz CDS... or Diana Krall, whichever you prefer. So, to wrap this party up, the BMW is very sleek, sturdy, reliable, and fashionable. Despite minor setbacks, which include, the lack of a particular engine and uncomfortable leather seats, it is a must for singles, businesspeople, young couples, and smaller families.
