Underpriced

Honestly, this car is amazing. When I purchased it in a two-door hatchback in 2007, people had many things to say about my choice. They called it a toy car, itty-bity, a clown car, but it has outdone all of my expectations and my friends'.

The yaris drives beautifully, gets incredible mpg, and seats five people comfortably. I know that last part is hard to believe, due to its size, but that's why people call it the clown car. I pulled up to a club once and all five of us got out and the Valet parking attendant was astonished. He asked if we had all been comfortable and truly, we had been. Not all of the people in the car were small people either.

It surprises everyone how fuel efficient it truly is, without being a hybrid it meets the same mileage as some hybrids due to its size. I spend very little on gas every two weeks, even though I drive an hour commute each day. I'm not the best of drivers, I speed and I take off too fast after red lights, but it still gets great mileage.

The engine is very small, I opened my hood one day to change my air filter and the the engine does look like a toy car's, but it really packs a punch. My father is a crazy driver, and when he took my car for a spin one day he came back talking about how great and 'zippy' it was.

I have been rear-ended twice in this car, each time while I was stopped at a red light, and the other cars have been much larger than my yaris. The first time I was stopped and a work van hit me going 40 mph, the only part of my car damaged was the rear bumper. The second time I was stopped and was hit by a Camry that was going 70 mph, the bumper and hatch was damaged only slightly. However, my car barely took any serious damage either time. It's a safe buy as well as an economical one.

Finally, the car I bought was bright red, an the color has stayed as perfect, bright and vibrant as the day I bought it. It's beautiful. I'm not very responsible with it and I don't wash it as much as I should, but the color has stayed amazing. They give you a glaze to use when you wash the car to keep it bright, but I haven't used it yet.

I would recommend this car to college students, or small families, anyone looking to save some money and drive a truly amazing car. It is truly underpriced, especially when it came out in 2007, this car is worth more and driving it and saving me a lot of money. I have two friends that after seeing my car went out and bought the newer versions of the Yaris and they've fallen in love just like I have. If you're looking for a deal, this is it.
