2007 Toyota Yaris

Toyota Yaris was a simple car I have owned. It’s simple, compact, and black. It’s 106 horse power with automatic transmission (I had a bad experience with manual transmision). I think Yaris is still the best hatchback car. It has more interior storage space. The acceleration is not bad. The fuel consumption is also low. It takes one liter of gasoline for every fifteen kilometers. The engine noise is just low. The mirrors and interior design are luxury enough for me. The steering and handling is perfect, I can turn so smooth, it’s better compared to old car (I often to drive old cars). But, I have several problems regarding this car. First, the smell of the glue (from the factory) was still so strong. My nose can not forget about the smell. Even when I were on the road in a sunny and hot day, the smell’s even getting stronger. It made me dizzy. Second, I couldn’t find a way to lock the car in neutral gear position. Each time I change it to neutral gear, I couldn’t pull the key out. I could draw the key when I changed it to parking gear. Because, I used to park the car in a crowded park area. We are not allowed to lock the car with parking gear (the car can’t be moved). Third, the rear is made from plastic. I am a bad driver. I have wrecked so many cars. When I tried to park my Yaris, I wanted it park it as close as possible to the fence (I parked it outside). But, I didn’t be careful, so when I moved forward a little, I heard cracking sound, and I heard something dragged. Then I realized that I had pulled the front rear out from the main body. Then I went to a shop, and bought glue for plastic. It’s easy, I could fix it my self. The only problem is, why did it make from plastic? Is that because the price of the car is “cheap”? Four, the suspension feel so hard. I will say that it works only 50 percent. I didn’t like when driving on a steep road. Since Toyota Yaris’ price is just approximately US$ 14,000, the car is suitable for those who have average income and don’t want too many accessories and equipment installed on the car. But, the windows have their own controlling button. So, this car is luxury enough, but with low cost. Also, it is efficient for fuel consumption. From every side of view, Toyota Yaris looks very sporty. It made me feel stronger, high confident, and cool. If you have a car, sedan especially, the girls will be watching at you. I have great experience with this car. When I was driving for home, I saw a beautiful woman. So, I asked her if I could take her to where she goes. She said OK. Then she came in. I knew that my gas is running out (the fuel indicator was showing empty and red). But, I don’t care, I drove her safely and I could still reach home without having stalled. This car is so economic. Awesome! But I had sold it, I was fired, and need money for living. Farewell, my Yaris.
