I prefer cars with curves not angles, and the Dodge Caliber has more angles than curves. I had the pleasure of driving one of these not too long ago and it actually was a nice ride. Much faster than I expected it to be, I was passing by some slow folks in the fast lane in no time. The Caliber handles really well and I like the way it sits on the highway. The drivers seat wasn't the best I had to keep adjusting it. I drove during the night as well and I liked the illuminated cup holders and the interior lighting. Everything was easy to see and reach for.
The trunk I didn't actually use but it's really spacious, the cover is a nice touch too and can be removed for large items. The stereo system, woah! Loved it. I was playing music the entire ride and a live concert and the acoustics were great. If you like a lot of bass, the Caliber has got you covered. The auxiliary jack works great for your MP3 player or iPhone which a friend graciously brought along. Great idea! The console has a spot just for an iPod or gadget that's a similar size.
The rear window could be a bit bigger for my taste and I don't really care for the way the rear of the car is designed. I'm not a huge fan of that. Would I actually own a Caliber, probably not but I don't mind the ride.
