2007 Jaguar S-Type

I cannot say enough about my 2007 Jaguar 4.2L which I recently purchased from a VA Jag dealer for below KBB private party value (hard to believe but true). I am at a loss to explain why these cars don't hold their value but I'm not complaining because this was definitely my gain. I checked the prior maintenance history and the only unusual thing was that a new transmission was installed in 2007, a couple months after the car was placed in service. I guess this was just one of those things-a bad transmission...working just fine for me with absolutely no problem. The car is simply fantastic in appearance, comfort, luxury and performance. I cannot imagine owing a car other than a Jaguar. I just turned in my 2006 S-type 3.0 lease and opted to purchase a slighly used S-type with low miles. What a great deal I found! Getting a 4.2 was a big plus. Very noticable, smoother ride and powerful acceleration. My car is dark blue with ivory interior and in excellent condition. It was a one-owner, 2-year lease return and from SC. She is loaded with just about every option available except for Jaguar voice. I added the 2 year/100,000 mile select warranty extension so I'm covered bumper-to-bumper with zero deductable through Feb. 2013. Driving this car will make you feel like you own the road. You'll feel privleged, proud and fortunate to own her. You'll also be the envy of your friends and neighbors, not to mention the hot chicks who drool over this car. Definitely a babe magnet, if you get my drift. Best of luck in your search for an S-type, you won't regret it.
