I bought a 2007 Yaris about 6 months ago. I traded my Honda Accord in for it. Overall, I've had a good experience. It was very reasonably priced and it provides a pretty smooth ride. The thing I like about it most is the gas mileage. For a while I was driving nearly 60 miles per day to work and back on the highway. I was consistently getting 40 miles per gallon. Even now, driving in the city to work and back, I get at least 33 miles per gallon. I've saved a lot of money. There's a few things I don't like about it: I'm not too fond of the look, it's definitely not as comfortable as the Hondas I've owned, and it has no cruise control. Another thing I'm a little hesitant about is its overall safety. When I'm driving I feel like I'm 2 feet away from the front bumper. The Yaris is a great car for anybody who wants near-hybrid gas mileage without paying hybrid prices.
