Because of my job I am very familiar with the Saturn line of cars. In the past I have been unimpressed by most, if not all, of their models. The Aura is different though, it handels very nicely and is actually pretty reliable as far as Saturns go. The car is very comfortable and has plenty of leg/head room for the driver and passengers. The design is very nice as well. I know may people who, on seeing it for the first time, have done a double take and asked what make it is. I do not own an Aura but I would definitely recommend it to someone car shopping for a nice mid-sized car. It is perfect for small families who want to stay away from gas-guzzling SUVs.

I have owned 5 saturns. Two are still owned by my daughters. One was totaled at 130k miles. I sold for three hundred bucks to a friend of a friend. The family drove the car for three more years and sold it for 500. My daughters cars have never broken down, not once and have only had regular oil changes and some brake work. That is it. Saturns in my estimation are teh best american cars on the road.
