1997 Ford Ranger

I absolutely loved my ranger. I leased it new and enjoyed it for many years. The integrity of the equipment in this vehicle was superior. It had a wonderful sound system, 6 pack cd changer, 5 speed manual transmission and road like a dream. The only problems I had with this truck were related to brakes. I went through brakes evcery 5-7 thousand miles. They literally crumbled on the front brakes. I would be driving the ABS light would go on and then the brakes would be crumbled in the front. We kept replacing them and put up with the annoyance because everything else on this vehicle was superior. Great comfort, excellent hauling ability for a little truck. The four wheel drive option was superior also. For a light weight, small truck, I went anywhere in the snow and rain with the 4 wheel drive on the fly. I would highly recommend this vehicle.
