Great Car for the money

Pickles on July 6, 2008 | Has owned a 1997 BMW 3-Series

This was a great little car with tons of pep and torque. The styling was fantastic reminded me of the classic sport car of years gone bye. The seating is good for short and tall drivers with no trouble with overhead sitting. The convertible top was easy to take down and up. The controls were in easy grasp when driving. I found driving on wet roads you had to becareful for the back liked to fish tail or hydroplane even if you took them slowly. Remember this is a low riding car so watch for bumps and holes and when you park. The only draw back from owning a bmw is your oil changes had to be done by a bmw dealership and they are very costly.

Bimmer lover on August 14, 2009

I have a 328 ci convertible standard which I love. Long trips your legs will go to sleep, but hey when you look this good who cares? Usually the top is down and the interior needs some TLC and a new top someday, but that is why it stays down most of the time. I bought it used but I haven't ever seen another one like it black on black with tan interior, with a wing on the rear deck. It is a black rocket! My husband has the 740 IL but I think it is way too big, give me the baby bimmer anyday!
