2008 Audi A4

It’s all-new, it’s smashing and it’s got almost everything right. Audi India never managed to rustle up much sales with the last generation A4 because virtually every prospective buyer knew it was,er,last generation. Now with new A4, Audi has got everything right to take on its German rivals in the form of the new C and the 3. So what’s special about the new A4? Well, it’s BIG. And by shifting the front axle as far ahead as possible, Audi has liberated pleanty of space inside. Now that should finally make passangers happy. Drivers won’t have nuch to crib about either. The dash is as cutting-edge as it gets and the dynamics of the A4 are now in tune with its crisp new lines. Oh, Quattro will also comes as standard in the powerful engines variants. But what we get are the 1.9 turbo petrol and the 2.0 TDI options. Though these engines are proven across the Volkswagen family lineup and are known for their decent output figures, Audi would do well to bring in engines which have more than four cylinders.
