2002 Volkswagen Golf

I recently went searching for a new car when my Ford Taurus was stolen and destroyed and I walked into the local VW dealership more by accident than anything. We bought the car and I started to drive it (had to learn standard transmission first) and found that I was liking driving again.

The VW Golf is a great little car, its small and compact with amazing handling and great style, so far no problems with any parts or any work done on it. The value for mine (used) was great, I got it fully loaded off a lease for $13000 (Canadian). When I first looked at the Golf I expected it to be small inside, which it's not, for the driver and front seat passenger at least. If you are in the back its a bit squishy depending on how much leg room the people in the front want to take.
