2008 Kia Spectra

There is something to be said about KIA. They make quality cars that are very fuel efficient. Although they aren't as cheap as they once were, they are still inexpensive relative to other brands, and you can't really expect their price not to rise after everyone figured out that they are pretty well made. If you are looking for a nice, efficient, well-made and inexpensive car, I would say the KIA Spectra is the way to go.
