My wife and I took the Saturn Vue Greenline Hybrid for a 24 hour test drive because we were loking for a more economical vehicle and we loved the styling. The performance was decent but the gas mileage was great. The Vue handles surprisingly well for an American car and you could tell that a lot of attention was paid to all of the small details and comforts. The Vue didn't have as much zip as we were hoping and actually was a bit of a disappointment on the freeway as it doesn't provide as much power or get up as we would have liked or been comfortable with. In the end we bought a Mini but we were impressed with the new Vue and Saturn's new look overall.

I bought a 2008 fwd Vue in July and found it to run well and offer a comfortable ride. However, we we unable to get it out of the driveway after our first snow up here in New England. We discouvered that we made a mistake getting the fwd with small engine. The salesman convinced us that it would work well and we didn't need a v6 engine, only for hawling. I tried to exchange the car for a AWD 2008 Vue and discovered that our trade-in value was about half what we paid. I would get another Saturn if they gave it to me.

Add another vehicle to compare side-by-side
