Reliable starter car

HPX on February 22, 2008 | Has owned a 1997 Acura Integra

I bought my Acura Integra new and kept it for over 10 years, during which I put over 200,000 miles on the car. I was incredibly pleased with this car. Other than routine maintenance and replacing standard wear items, during the entire 10 years I only had to replace the radiator due to a leak. The car is in no way spacious or luxurious, but it's light, fun to drive and gets the job done. My minor complaints about the car are that the engine revs a bit high when you are cruising on the highway at anything above 60 mph, the seats get uncomfortable on long rides, and the noise entering the cabin is on the loud side. I had the 4 door sedan version of the Integra, which had frame less windows, so that might have contributed to the noise. From this experience, I've become a big fan of Honda/Acura cars....especially the models that are actually built in Japan, like the Integra or TSX.
