2008 GMC Yukon

In my search for a new SUV I have driven quite a few and the GMC Yukon just did not seem to hold up as well as some of the others. For the overall road test, I would realistically give it a good rating, but for the SLT3 pricing out at around $52,000 I would expect it to be excellent. It was rated ok for reliability and owner satisfaction in the Consumers Reports, but again, for the money I would have expected much better. The MPG is only 14, at least on this model so with gas only going up, I'm definitely taking a pass on this vehicle as it is large, has poor gas mileage and wasn't rated that well, didn't drive that well and overall seemed unimpressive especially for the price.
