Possibly! A 1999 Honda Accord with 99K miles is nothing to be too worried about per se. At 11K miles per year it has been driven an average amount. Honda's are known for their longevity, and are know to far exceed 99K miles in their life time. One caveat, make sure you have a good relationship with a independent Honda Mechanic. As with any older car, regular maintenance intervals should be followed closely.
