Hhahahaha why would you compare a Toyota to a car that costs three times as much? The S-class is an elegant German sedan and you must have lots of money to give it to your girlfriend as a gift. The Toyota is a Japanese car very frequently seen, where as the S-class is quite rare. If you have the money get the S-class and call it a day.
