the gas mileage is listed below the car - 11/15 mpg, so no, quite obviously not. the regular american could probably not afford to buy, insure, or regularly drive this car.

Oil is once again below $40/barrel at the end of 2008 - the lowest is has been in 5 years. So yes, the average American could afford the gas for the 2008 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano... But they could never afford the car.

What I always do is to ride my bike whenever possible. It saves money, is great exercise, and keeps the mileage low on your car. I do believe, however, that Ferraris shouldn't be rationalized.
