I am planning to buy a Nissan Altima 2005 for my wife. I was told that the 2005 model was very stable and needed very less maintenance. Any thoughts?

    I've had this car just short of 4 years (the SL model) and it's so good that I got my father to get one too! He bought the newer 2008 model but it only gets better as the years go by. A quality vehicle!

    I think this is generally a pretty good car in terms of reliability. You should check out the reviews on the reviews page.

    my sis has same care with bose stereo everythin black leather very nice car reliable never broke down since we bought it

    2005 has engine problems read other reviews before buying. I wish I did.
