  03 cavi sucks... two fuel pumps one at 75000 and the next one within 20000 miles about a year later... still cant drive it on highways cause it stalls everytime, new pump didnt even last a week... shop tells me its fine and there is nothing they can think of to do... u think your lucky cause you didnt have to replace it till 88000? 1. ive never had any car that ever needed a fuel pump replaced... including my 91 cavi 140,000 and tottaled and my beretta that i logged 180,000 on b4 the body rusted out and still drove it to the junk yard... 2. change the fuel filter ever 3 oil changes? u change your oil every 3000? so your tellin me every 9000 miles change my fuel filter... no way... and lucky you have someone to fix it for you... cause its like 600-1000 for a shop... good luck making it another 25000 on your new fuel pump
