  Do you think it is safe for winter driving (snow conditions)?

  I wish to buy one for my girlfriend but more than half the year is snowy. I live in Canada and winters can get very slippery. I also heard that mercedes is not the best to drive in wet conditions as its grip to the floor is not as good as ie. BMWs.
