  First car for my kids

  i'm looking to buy a second car as my kids are hitting driving age and one isn't going to be enough. I don't want something very pricey but I want them to be safe and to like driving it. It's also got to be comfortable as I might use this as my commute car (since it'll likely get better gas mileage than my suburban.) Anyone have any thoughts on these two?

  We're looking for a truck to haul my husband's motorcycles to the track and back around California. I've not owned a truck before and I'm concerned about being able to handle it easily and also gas mileage. Anyone have any advice?

  I'm not even sure this comparison makes sense, but I'm looking for a good city car. I'd like to have the prius so I could take it on the highway and feel safe if I wanted, but I really love the parking situation with the smart car. How have others made this decision?

  I've graduated and I need a new car!

  New college grad as of this week and I'm getting a new car. My parents are giving me some money towards it. I live in boston so I need to know if these cars are any good, especially in the snow. I don't know much about cars so I appreciate your advice!

  Diesel or Hybrid?

  I'm in the market for a new car and I can't figure out whether a diesel or a hybrid is the next step. I drive a long way to work on the highway which is the only reason I'd consider a diesel, but I don't do much city driving. Anyone have experience with the Volkswagen Golf Diesel?
