Is there a repair history for the 300 ltd?

Is there a engine or cooling system problem with this vehicle similar to the chrysler intrepid or chrysler lhs? I am referring in particular to the 3.5 litre awd?

    The timing chains were problematic, but those are long gone by now and not terribly common.
