how muchis a 2003 impala with 167000 miles worth and how many more miles will it take

someone is trying to sell me a 2003 chevy impala 3.4l wiyh 167000 miles for 3200, i want to know how much longer will this car last?

    In my zip code, using retail value and assigning "good" to all condition values I come up with $3800 with ABS. The big thing here is the condition and maintenance. If you can get him/her to come down a few hundred you'd be better off.
