Better Drivers

After a quick poll of my friends, here is what they told me:
The men said: Women always try to multi-task; women 'react more' to what other drivers do; women fix their make-up, hair and nails while driving; men are more experienced drivers; women are more emotional on cell phones while driving; women pay less attention. One of the men did say that a man would be distracted by an attractive woman and take his eyes off the road. (No surprise there!)
Two out of the five women said: Men are on their cell phones when driving; take more risks (one of the women gave me a specific example. 'I saw a guy recently who was fiddling with something and ended up merging into a lane that wasn't there. He had to merge back into on coming traffic and cut someone off.')
One of the women did agree with the men and believes that women pay less attention while driving.
Interesting results, and I tend to agree with the women who were neutral. Both men and women can be distracted by a number of things at any given time. It can be debated forever, but what I take from this is to limit the number of things I bring into a car to distract myself from driving.
What are your thoughts?

I think women are better drivers, because I'd rather a cautious driver than an aggressive one. That said, I've seen bad behavior from both sexes.
