The crankshaft damper pulley, which has the accessory drive belt and the power steering belt, is wider than the clearance to remove it on the 2003 dodge stratus with a 2.4L DOHC.

I've ran into that before. In some cases I've unbolted teh motor mounts and used a hoise to lift or lower the engine a few inches to get that clearance.
