Using my zip code (48430) as the zip and figuring private party value I got 16,700 (No sport package, no Nav system, no side air bags, no panorama roof)

SL500 with those miles are going at the auctions right now for about 13k (avg prices in the past week)
So, a good retail price (after auction fees, transportation, recon. etc) should be around 15k. Anything higher may be pricey - be sure to consider all other options for an even comparison.
