The van does not have a DVD player. Should I purchase it and have the dealer install it, or have a factory issued one installed?

Well, the factory installed unit is very good, and will cost a pretty penny. Having an aftermarket one installed can be cheaper, and you can pick features that may/may not be available in the factory unit. If you do go aftermarket, demand to see a completed customers car, NOT a demo car. You want to see the real deal not some car they poured over to make 100% perfect while customer work is 85% perfect. I used to work in the aftermarket sunroof industry so I know lots, and lots of dealers across the country. If you need a recommendation I can point you in the right direction possibly.
