    I can't tell you exactly what fastener is exactly where but I'll tell you where most companies hide the screws. There should be one behind the door handle, one or two in the armrest (from the underside), there could be a few aroudn the perimeter as well as behind any lenses for lights. Once those are out, get a panel puller tool and start gently prying the panel off.
