99 nissan max knock sensor???

Replace it. That sensor is there as a protection for your engine. It literally hears detonation inside your engine and changes parameters to stop that from happening. Knock is very bad for your engine. It will usually lead to one or more internal engine components making a very hasty exit through the cylinder block.
