I'm about to purchase a E320 Wagon with 170k. It has no problems on the diagnostic machine. In addition, the body and original paint, interior (LeatherLike material) are in excellent condition. The catalytic converter, motor mounts were replaced recently. The price is 4.5k. Is this a good price?

What year and trim level? I'll say, I'd have a hard time spending $4500 on any non diesel car with 170K.
