In America, you can buy whatever you want. Seriously, that's a lot of miles, but if it's been well maintained, it'll last lots more miles. What you need to determine is if that truck has been maintained. If you have paperwork for maintenance from new, your worries are almost gone. If not, then it's still ok, just be ready for a repair to pop up here and there.
