The tires that came with it are typically the "best". I put best in quotation marks because it depends on what you want to do with it. If it's just a daily driver around town and on the highway, no off-road or no high-performance driving (yeah, I know, it's a Santa Fe) then the OE (Original Equipment) tires are the best for you. If you plan on off-roading then I like BF Goodrich all-terrains are a nice choice.
