if my tail lights fuse is blown and keeps blowing out where may my short be

Checked all lights back light . Hazards,Blinkers,and Brakes work . Changed the fuse and they worked . Except the lights above the license plate . Now the fuse keeps blowing out and i no nothing about eletrical connections,but i must have a short right?

Yes, if the fuse keeps blowing, then you have a short-to-ground. Take it to a shop or be prepared for some serious work on your part.
