Hi Everybody, I'm looking to buy a hybrid and wanted to get your advice and feedback on which of these cars is better. I plan to use this as a commuting car between home and work, so it will probably be a mix of 80% highway and 20% city driving. I'm hoping to minimize my gas costs, while still driving something comfortable and practical.

The civic is more roomy and utilizes a better hybrid engine design than the Prius

I like the Honda Civics and Priuses. I think that they are both great, but if you get a silver Civic with some tinted windows, that would be stylin'.
