I can't decide if an SUV [Dodge Durango] or an imported sedan would be best for me. There are advantages and disadvantes of both, and the choice is confusing. If you have some insight into this problem, I would appreciate it.

The Accord has enough room for most people and gets good fuel economy. Getting a big SUV right now is stupid unless you REALLY need it.
