Week of Weird Options day #1: The incredible electrically-folding Porsche Panamera trailer hitch — look closely and the image is ghosted…likely showing how it spins/folds behind the bumper.
No word yet on how much it will cost, what markets it'll be available in, or exactly how it works — sources say that the ball rotates downward, then to the side, finally hiding underneath the rear bumper somewhere.
The news has us so excited at the possibilities of towing a motorhome with Porsche's new baby that today is the first day of the Week of Weird Options. Click through for a front shot of the Panamera, and comment on some more strange options available to order on new cars.
Week of Weird Options day #1: The Panamera is an agreeable — if not overly pretty — sports sedan. Prices should range from about $70,000 to $150,000.
