Bumper Stickers - What They Say About Us
From LaurenG, Featured Contributor

It's always entertaining to have people on the road who have taken the trouble to stick bumper stickers on their vehicles to inform the public of their smart dog, their baby on board, their growing family, or of course, their honor student. Due to technology advances in bumper stickers, getting one isn't quite the commitment it used to be, when whatever eighty cent slogan you slapped on there would outlive your car. Now, with the easily removable window stickers, people can put anything they want on their car without having to think through the ramifications of still having it on in several years.
Still, bumper stickers can tell you a lot about a person. Here are some of my favorites. Which are yours?
Stick Figure Families
Do these have an official name? You can customize these for your actual family, and have them doing different activities. It looks most impressive when you have 50 children so that they stretch all the way across the rear window. I like this one best because it demonstrates self awareness and is funny at the same time.

Baby on Board
I can't quite be sure but I think there might be a baby on board. It's a good thing they made a bigger size since the previous incarnations were way too subtle.

My Dog is a Baby Substitute!
Everybody loves their pets, and their kids. Let's just assume that and move on.

My Kid Blah Blah Blah
Even the knockoffs of these bumper stickers have gotten old

Feisty Driving Jokes
I love how innocuous these bumper stickers are because the person who has them almost never has road rage. The truly obnoxious drivers would never ruin the asthetic of their cars as they cut in front of you on the way to work.

Uncomfortable Jokes
I think this is funny, and even more funny when I think about how uncomfortable it would be to get in this car for a first date or if you were someone's boss.

Read Carefully
Touche. I like stickers where people probably aren't going to read them and that's the point.
